On the afternoon of May 30th, there was a surge of enthusiasm in the production workshop of SAN JIAOZHOU Company, and an employee assembly skills competition with the theme of 'precision casting quality, skilled hands competing for first-class' kicked off. Nearly 90 employees from the production line gathered together for nearly 3 hours of intense competition, interpreting the spirit of craftsmanship with their fingertips, igniting the competitive enthusiasm of early summer.
This competition closely follows the core production process and carefully sets up dual tracks for individuals and teams to comprehensively test the assembly hard power and collaboration soft power of employees.
Single player arena: the tiny struggle at the fingertips
The pressure plate component, back cover component, and base component - the three major individual projects test the contestants' absolute control over delicate parts. The contestants were focused and held their breath, their fingertips flying between small parts, their movements precise as machinery, yet full of focused warmth. Every tightening of screws and precise insertion of every buckle is a silent commitment to the 'zero error' standard. On site, only the faint sound of tools could be heard, but it seemed like a strong pulse of skills racing against time could be heard.
Team Arena: Efficiency Leap in Collaborative Symphony
The final appearance of the assembly line team competition pushed the atmosphere to a boiling point. On the assembly line that simulates the real production rhythm, eighteen contestants each perform their own duties and are interrelated. The components are passed, assembled, inspected, packaged and boxed in their hands like flowing clouds and water, all in one go. This is not only a challenge to individual hand speed, but also a rigorous test of the rhythm control and collaborative ability of the entire assembly line.
After intense competition, the winners of each project stood out. Deng Wenwu, the general manager of SAN JIAOZHOU Company, and Fang Xiaoling, the chairman of the labor union, presented honorary certificates and awards to the winners on site, fully affirming the exquisite skills and enterprising spirit demonstrated by the participating employees.
This skills competition fully demonstrated the exquisite assembly skills and craftsmanship spirit of SAN JIAOZHOU employees, effectively stimulating the enthusiasm of all staff to 'learn from others and catch up'. In the group competition of the three person shell component, members transformed into gears of a robotic arm, without the need for words, completing the efficient connection of the magnetic tile from gluing and fixing with just one glance or gesture, with seamless coordination.
